-4 pieces chicken cutlets cut each chicken cutlet into 3 strips then cut strips into bite size chunks
-one small can of pineapple tidbits
-1 cup of cornstarch
-3 Tbsp light corn syrup
-3 Tbsp light brown sugar
-3 eggs scrambled
-1 small onion cut in half then slice
-2 medium carrots peeled and cut 1/2 inch circles
-1 Tbsp olive oil
-1/4 cup of oil
-1/2 cup of water
-2 bowls
– garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste

First take a large frying pan with oil get hot and then put the carrots and onions in and sauté them till little soft.
Take them out of pan and put more oil in pan get hot.
Scramble the eggs in one bowl, then in the other bowl put corn starch in and season it with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper.
Take the cut up chicken and dip in egg mixture and then dip in cornstarch and bread both sides. Then place in hot frying pan and brown on both sides. Then drain out in a strainer.
Wipe out frying pan with paper towel.
Than place back in frying pan the chicken, carrots and onions. Then put rest of ingredients in pineapples, karo syrup, brown sugar and 1/2 cup of water. Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Then let sit covered 5-10 min
